  Not once or twice, but four times, my wife was promised a vehicle and when they picked us up, we were told they didn't have that vehicle and couldn't get that vehicle for at least a week. They claim they were told we wanted the cheapest vehicle they had, with in fact we asked for a Tahoe. Worst customer service experience ever experienced.

  Fantastic experience renting from this place! They gave me options when I arrived, the car got me safely to and from my destination, and I returned it easily after hours. My car had some issues with the sensors and cruise control and kept giving me a notification that it required maintenance- not a huge deal at all. When I notified them of these issues, they resolved everything and were so kind about it. I will definitely rent from them again in the future!!!

  My damaged car being repaired at Deanos. Kristin, Zach, rest of staff, excellent service on rental car until repairs complete. Drop off, pickup, billing, dealing with insurance company, smooth process on a timely basis.

  The team was great. Each and every one of them. I was picked up and dropped off at my work before and after I got the car. They were so friendly. Seriously, an amazing experience all around!

  They made it super easy & convenient. The employees there were great with awesome personalities. They stand behind what they say. They do make customer service top priority. I sure felt it. Thanks a lot guys. Great job.
