Occasionally, staff may appear distracted while speaking and unintentionally overlook customers. Additionally, the air freshener is sometimes not applied unless it is requested. I hope this can be improved in the future.

The next time I came for my car wash, I told the manager about the incident and he took care of me with a free car wash. That was much appreciated and retains my loyalty to Mister. Thank you, Mister manager!
