They are deceitful and will tell you the car they give you is covered, but then they charge extra without explaining to you in detail that the car costs more and like they told me "they assume" this is the car you wanted. I called to get my matter fixed and I was told the area manager was going to call me and never received such call. They are a bunch of crooks and they did all of this outside while it was snowing and didn't let me sign or anything inside the establishment. If your insurance can work with a different location I will highly suggest you do that. I guess they are known for being scammers.
