  User Beware ...Left scratches down the left top pillar and all they did is refund me my last month membership. Didn't even offer to try to buff it out.

  First time here and this is my best car wash ever! Highly recommended. Workers here very respectful and friendly and helping, I live in Bismarck ND and over there, we don’t have like that like same car wash. We have a little bit same but not perfect here the best car wash ever. .

  FYI ... I just purchased the Unlimited Top of the Line Wash for my Infinity QX80 and my vehicle looks filthy after going through this wash. It is dirtier than when I arrived. Is your system not set for a 2026 version of the QX80? Please look into your settings. The Rear door of my new vehicle is embarrassingly filthy.

  I went to car wash yesterday and There was a lady she told me my membership account is not active. I told her it should be active. I asked her “Can you call the manager” she told me, I am the manager and she said my both Car wash membership account is not active. Disrespectly told me to pull over and kicked me out of the lane. I was waiting on that lane for more than 20 mins it was so unfair. Then I saw another guy and he was very polite to me and helped me again with the issue. He said my both membership is active that lady manager lied to me and so rude. She didn’t even apologize to me. I have never experience a bad customer service in my life with a manager especially that place. I will never come back again. I don’t know why she got hired she doesn’t even know how to handle the costumer.
