My experience at Metropolitan Ford, on April 27th, 2026, was very positive. Mike Dixon was very thorough, kind and professional, and all of the staff was very accommodating and all seemed very authentic. Another salesman, Jerry, was so helpful in all the details and helping to explain all of the infotainment system. Thanks to all who helped me step into my new, to me, Ford Escape. I love it!

We phoned to make an appointment and asked what was needed to be done routinely on our car. We were told the three items that needed to be done and told that a loaner car would be ready for our use.Our appointment was for 8 AM and we arrived at 7:50 AM. We were told the person handling the loaner vehicles would be in within 10 to 15 minutes. At about 8:15 Tom texted asking for status of the loaner car and they said they were working on it. We waited longer and then walked in to the service area to talk to the service rep. He pointed out the gentleman that was working on our loaner car and he was just getting up to go get our loaner car. We provided drivers license, insurance information, and inspect the car. A few minutes later he returned - he left the car running. Tom got into the car and we were going to leave and it wouldn’t go in to drive. He turned it off and it wouldn’t start, and it said the key was not detected. Tom went into the garage and found the gentleman who gave us the keys and was told he gave us the wrong key. It was 8:35 am when we finally got on the road to head home. It was very disappointing that we had to wait so long for a loaner car, and even more disappointing that we were given the wrong key for the loaner car.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I came in to pick up a part and was not acknowledged by any staff upon arrival. I had to approach multiple employees before receiving any assistance, despite several of them appearing unoccupied and on their phones.
When I was finally helped, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was met with an unnecessary attitude and a remark that came across as inappropriate.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and a willingness to assist, especially when the store was not busy. This experience fell well below that standard. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and ensure all customers are treated with respect.
Second time using this team for my F150. I appreciate their capacity for vehicle service, their professionalism and friendly attitudes, and the prices for oil change are competitive. The service was completed in less time than expected and the service wait area was clean and comfortable. I was able to do a bit of work while waiting which always helps.
I purchased my 26 F350 through Dan Del Merico. He was pleasant, responsive to questions, easy to work, straightforward and respected my time. He made sure my truck was ready to go for me when I schedule to pick up. Their finance department was easy to work with and had competitive rates. The manager Mike Jones was also helpful in the transaction.
