  I went to the Eden Prairie location today and I have to say the guys working here are a class act. Great service, didn't try to push me into any additional services and in and out in a very timely fashion. Made me aware that the air filter was dirty but didn't push me at all. Great guys, great service. I told the guy that took my payment that they need to add an optional tip because I would have. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash because I would've bought them all lunch.

  don’t trust these knuckleheads working on your vehicle. Stripped my oil filter by over torquing. I went for routine oil change this morning and Valvoline notified me they would be unable to complete service because the last service at Jiffy Lube over torqued the oil filter. I called Jiffy Lube and the guy was like “okay…and…” I said “well I need you guys to fix it because right now the oil filter is stripped and won’t come out” he said “okay I’ll order part and it will be here in 20 minutes” - I took it back there reluctantly and of course they couldn’t get oil filter off either. Then they started backtracking on their liability. I’m waiting for call back from ownership to file a claim against their insurance, but also taking to dealership to further document jiffy lubes negligence. Jiffy Lube - where a 15 minute oil change will cost you a whole day in the future when you realize what they messed up.

  Let me tell you their customer service is A1 very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location. I think his name Odom I do apologize if I spelled it wrong and Robert, I like to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart you guys are very generous and I so appreciate you guys highly recommend definitely will be coming back

  It would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for this bobble head! He works very clumsy like and was too attentive to his phone, dropping my oil cap to my car which fell in between my car, not paying attention. I can say Odin and Dmonte made sure I was taken care of at the end. I asked politely for the male in the photo AKA bobble head to stop working on my car because when I asked, what did he drop he became sassy and smart with me. Maybe it was his first day who knows but bobble head need to take a few more training classes and brush up on some skills. He had me clutching my pearls during the entire 15 minutes. I’m from Memphis and one thing I don’t play about is my car that I worked hard for. Other than that the service was fast and convenient.
