  We had such a great experience at Enterprise this morning thanks to Jack. He truly went above and beyond for us. We were in a stressful situation trying to get a rental for a trip we needed to leave for today, and ran into an issue with the debit card we were using not typically being accepted. Before coming here, we tried the Saint Louis Park and Plymouth locations, and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience at either — they weren’t very friendly or helpful, which made the situation even more stressful. But Jack completely turned things around. Instead of turning us away, he took the time to make a call and find a solution so we could still get our rental. That extra effort made all the difference for us, and it honestly meant so much in the moment. Customer service like that is rare — he was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping us out. We’re so grateful and can’t thank him enough.   I returned a weekly car rental a day early and was told I would receive a refund. Two months later and many calls to their office, I have yet to receive the refund or a single return phone call from management. The staff gave me several excuses, including the refund was approved and on its way, it takes apx a month for the adjustment etc. I've left messages for the manager and never received a return call. Plus, I even contacted the corporate office, and never heard back from them, either. To date, no refund and not a single return phone call. There was a time when Enterprise was a good company. Cars were clean and in good shape, and the company could be trusted to take care of their customer. Like many other failed businesses today, that is no longer the case.

  Interaction with all employees at this location from the time I walked in to pick up--up until drop off was excellent. I had some issues with the car that was originally assigned to me (by no fault of the staff) and the staff did everything in their power to help resolve and make sure I was satisfied before driving off. Keep it up and make sure this staff gets recognized for their efforts!
