Arrived next day for scheduled appointment to be told not all parts were received and had to reschedule. The original appointment involved me taking time off work, driving 40 miles and also my friend driving 40 miles (to pick me up) all for nothing. Remember, I (the customer) specifically called the shop the day before so this wouldn’t happen. Appt rescheduled. Glass installed. Manager gave me nothing for my trouble. They have items like windshield wipers (Safelite brand. Which I guess would be very little cost to them) they could have offered me as part of a good business/customer care model. I had to ask for that and they did provide me with a pair. I’m hoping the quality of the replacement is better than the poor customer care.
