Upon arrival, the technician was very welcoming, smiling and providing appropriate guidance. They offered services for my Subaru that I hadn't considered, which turned out to be necessary. I appreciated the fact that I felt I had a choice in the services offered, with no pressure to buy anything. The technicians were informative and honest. Harley Black and the entire HtH crew will be stopping by here before every investigation trip.
