After getting rear ended on our car, I called to get a car 5 minutes before closing on Thanksgiving weekend. The person waited and got me in and out of the office with a car. He didn't complain, was patient & polite the whole time. Then when I had to change the car 2x because of insurance coverage & a minor faulty part, the staff were ready when I arrived, minimal paper work and quickly provided a replacement car. Each time I went into the office, the staff just made sure everyone was taken care of.
