My car broke down a mile away and I had to get towed to Toyota. They promptly drained the oil and refilled it properly. I don't know how you can forget to drain the oil during an oil change, but I will be pursuing a claim with this store to get my money back for the oil change, the tow charge, and the Toyota maintenance bill. Update - the manager of this location was extremely kind and apologetic. Corporate refunded me for all. Thank you!

Just wanted to shout out the crew totally forgot their names 3 young women who worked relentlessly to change my battery which was super complicated way my car was designed. P.s to management (they deserve raises) best crew in town!
