    The manager Linus wouldn’t let me pay unless I gave my address then demanded I show my ID to verify I was telling the truth. When I said no he said he couldn’t take my card so I paid cash at which point he told me I wasn’t allowed back because I wouldn’t give him my personal Info for an oil change. Was never mean or raised my voice, guy is just a weak individual with zero professionalism. 👎

    I like to go to valvoline because they do a good job and they are very professional, this is the second time I go to this valvoline and I don't know if to save time and do it quickly they drain the oil from above and not from below so that all the waste left in the carter is eliminated.
