  Fast, friendly and professional CSR, very timely with roadside assistance, getting you back on the road. Along with returning our trucks in time from basic service repairs. These techs are busy little bees on the weekends. Hammering out a lot of work in a short amount of time. 5 stars for all of that. However, when it comes to a more complicated diagnostics, requiring an ASE certified specialist's knowledge and expertise. They are lacking. Great place for simple repairs. If you have a head scratcher... And require more than a parts changer. Whelp.. 1 star.

  This was the nicest and smoothest truck rental experience EVER. The CSR found me a better discount than I had found myself, the price stayed the same from start to finish, UNLIKE other rentals friends and family members have experienced. Truck was clean and in excellent condition and there were NO SURPRISES! Every staff member we encountered live, online and by phone were knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience and highly recommend! One suggestion: if going on tollroads, know your route Nd contact those toll systems BEFORE your trip or immediately after so YOU can pay your tolls yourself. The rental paperwork DOES mention this and they will add a $25 fee PER transaction...that can be a big deal in some states! Fortunately, I read that and took care of it beforehand. It WOULD have been a big deal if I hadn't! Do yourself favor and follow thru on this!

  Going on 20 minutes waiting for a fuel boy. It wasn't always like this. Has gone wayyyyy downhill in the past month or two.

  Been forced to get fuel here for about a year now because the company I work for leases a truck from them. There is always a delay at the fuel bay. Only one good functional employee that knows what they are doing and two idiots that repeat the same mistakes over and over. It isn't rocket science. There doesn't need to be a constant delay yet every time I pull up I have to wait a half hour with nobody in front of me. Sick of explaining it to my boss. Do better.
