Only one good functional employee that knows what they are doing and two idiots that repeat the same mistakes over and over. It isn't rocket science. There doesn't need to be a constant delay yet every time I pull up I have to wait a half hour with nobody in front of me. Sick of explaining it to my boss. Do better.

The helpful guys in the service yard tried to find a solution but are not allowed access to the rental computer. They stated that they had a truck number which was set aside for a rental but nothing else, we had to call around to other rental truck companies and pray we found something available the day of our move... wouldn't recommend if you want to feel like your time is respected or worth anything
