I arrived on Monday and I was the only car there when I first arrived, and it took over an hour. I simply wanted an oil change. After pulling in to the bay and them draining the oil out of my car, they informed me that they were out of the oil I needed. I then waited over an hour for them to get a delivery. I’m not sure how an oil change business runs out of oil. To make things even worse when I got back in my car, oil was on everything. The mechanic didn’t even wipe off their hands before getting in. I was looking for a quick and easy oil change. Instead it was roughly a 1 hour and 30 minute process and $175 charge. I would not recommend and will not be going back here.
