Personally, I don’t support the harm ICE causes in our communities, and seeing a local business help enable that feels wrong. If you’re thinking about renting here, I honestly recommend looking at other companies that don’t support these practices. It’s upsetting to see a business choose profits over the well-being of the community they serve.

Everything was well organized, the car was clean and in great condition, and pickup/return were quick and straightforward. I would absolutely use this location again.

When I showed up, they had no cars I was supposed to go see my grandma who is probably not gonna be around for much longer and did not have a car available to me. They did not call me over the next day. I tried calling the day after that and could not even get through to them. They need to make this right

Was asked do i want a physical copy ir a digital copy of the return receipt. Asked if i could have both. Then was lied thst the printer is broken. Then was said that getting a digital copy thru email. For the entire day and onward to the next day still didn't get the digital copy receipt in my email. Checked spam box nothing showed up. Decided to call the office everytime you call the AI keep telling you "All representatives are busy" once it get thru they just went into silent mode and didn't say a word and just keep hung up on me every time I redial them. The next day after got off work decided to pay them a visit on the office: and was told that they would never do hang up there customer; then was told the printer was working again. I would stay clear of this location for now.
