The store manager, Josh Gabranski, was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the recommended solution. Even though the shop was busy, they were able to fit me in almost immediately, making it feel like a walk-in visit. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and prompt service I received.

He told me that it would likely cost me more than $3000 to replace it. Definitely not worth it on a nearly 20-year-old car. He did some research and found me a specialist shop that could do it. Just got it done for less than 1/10 of the price!! I HIGHLY recommend CarX, and specifically Josh, if you're looking for a kind, honest, and helpful mechanic who operates in integrity and cares about you, your vehicle, and your wallet. - JKjon kiehlDec 9, 20251.0Dropped the vehicle off at 8 am, no more than 15 min later they called back and said they "couldn't get a lug off" upon the return to pick up the car, they had already refunded the installation and told me to take it elsewhere?? Never heard of a tire store that can't remove wheel lugs? Less than a hour later, the tires were installed successfully at a "qualified" tire installer. Highly recommend you bring your vehicle to a actual certified tire installer and steer clear of this business.

When I arrived there was a sign on the door stating that they were closed until Monday, so I made another appointment for the following Friday morning. This time there was no sign on the door, but there was nobody there. I can see the tires inside. I wouldn't be surprised if this location was about to be shut down. Their phone number is an offshore call center, and their customer complaint line has long hold times.
