I came here to get a service done and support the business, but the attitude I received was disappointing. This was my first time coming here for an oil change, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

The store manager, Josh Gabranski, was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the recommended solution. Even though the shop was busy, they were able to fit me in almost immediately, making it feel like a walk-in visit. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and prompt service I received.

He told me that it would likely cost me more than $3000 to replace it. Definitely not worth it on a nearly 20-year-old car. He did some research and found me a specialist shop that could do it. Just got it done for less than 1/10 of the price!! I HIGHLY recommend CarX, and specifically Josh, if you're looking for a kind, honest, and helpful mechanic who operates in integrity and cares about you, your vehicle, and your wallet.
