  Do not recommend, they changed the package that I ordered without me knowing, then argued and refused to make it right without paying $100. I don’t know about everyone else, but money is tight right now. To expect one service and get something less than what you were expecting is very disappointing. Do not recommend. I wish that I could leave zero stars.

  Needed a windshield on my 2023 Tesla model Y. My insurance company recommended these guys….. it was a nice and simple experience setting up an appointment, but unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this whole situation!!!! I believe it was Friday when the appointment was set up. It was set up for Monday midday .They told me it would be about a three hour appointment which was fine. Come Monday morning the manager from Safelite calls me And tells me that Tesla’s are different and takes a minimum of 5 to 8 hours for installation and recalibrating the cameras which I understood it’s a specialty car I get that So we rescheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday morning comes around. I drop off the car early and they give me a courtesy vehicle to get home because it was supposed to be an all day appointment so come about 130 that day. I get a notification on my phone that there was movement by my car. I didn’t think anything of it and just figured I’d take a look at the videos if you don’t know, Tesla has a surveillance system that runs when you’re not in the car.. So I start watching the videos from the day and I realized that it’s 130 and my car hasn’t been moved all day. That manager told me that it was a 5 to 8 hour job yet they still say it should be done by 5 o’clock at this point, I’m nervous. I don’t know what to believe. Either the manager lied to me about the timing or they are going to rush the job and possibly not do it correctly. So I proceed to try to call them at least a dozen times and nobody answers. I had a card in the courtesy vehicle that had the manager‘s cell phone and office number. I called both multiple times and no one answered so I end up calling the corporate number as I’m on my way to pick up the vehicle because I’m too nervous to let them even attempt it now and they told me that it was fine to cancel it and that they will let them know that it should be canceled and that I didn’t want them to do the work. So I get all the way down there it’s about a 40 minute drive for me and they’ve just taken the car and was about to work on it after being told not to!!!! Thankfully I got there in time!!! The manager started to insist that it’s an all day job, and then he stopped because he realized I have video evidence that it hasn’t been touched all day. Needless to say I took my car elsewhere! Zenith city auto glass is taking over and fixing my car! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! LIARS!!! And the manager looked like he hadn’t had a shower in weeks!!!

  3 times they have came out to install, wrong parts first time, second time installed a scuffed up window, 3 rd time they changed the appointment time when they were already 2 hours late into the scheduled time they picked,changed it to 5 hours later in the pooring rain, and looking to schedule for a fourth time. Absolutely horrible communication with these people.
