He got us wipers & an oil change for our Subaru and sent us on our way. He didn’t try and upsell stuff we didn’t need but did inform us of a couple things. Awesome experience. Remember you pay for convenience, and that’s partly why 4 stars instead of 5. The price we paid was very high.

So I stopped by Valvoline on Miller Hill to see if they could help me troubleshoot and fix the problem. Thomas at Valvoline looked at my vehicle and corrected what was wrong and asked me to come back in a couple hours to make sure all remained good before I made my 2-hour drive back home. The service was exceptional - friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!
