- EJela jay3 days ago1.0They completely destroyed the paint on my car! They scratched it up so bad and the other people who had gone through before me had the same issue. The manager here in Duluth MN refused to show me the camera footage of my car before and after. They know they wreaked my car and refuse to respond when I ask to see the footage they claim to have. I have written proof of me trying to contact them about it. I have written proof of them refusing to let me see the footage. I have photo proof of the scratches after coming out of it. I can't believe they get away with this type of behavior! it's insane!! If I had more time I'd have a lawyer sue them.
- DDdanchiseNov 5, 20253.0I like Tommy’s, but I have noticed that the brushes, which seem extremely powerful, have put small, hairline scratches in the paint on both sides of my new Forester. It is very easy to track this to Tommy’s because during several washes the power of the brushes have knocked my side view mirror out of place. Also, it would be great for them to recalibrate the drying aspect to enable the back window of SUV’s to be dried more throughly.

These boys who work here need to take no for a answer ! Don’t go up to teenage girls and harass them, I had to ask if they were okay after some young sleaze wouldn’t back away !! Will not be coming back, management needs to take care of these people !!
