He was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with and the thing that sucks is I don’t think there’s Anybody else I could talk to I called corporate but their owned privately so everyone knows I wouldn’t go there no matter what your car is gonna get scratched and if you end up with damage, they will not fix it and there is no one but a very mean manager to talk to

Talked to the owner and assistant they reassured me dually's were fine and even offered me a free wash today!! Truck came out looking great (for the first couple of slushy blocks : ).Looking forward to going back whenever I'm in the area

I’ve been to other Tommy’s and noticed their vacuums aren’t as strong. I’ve been to mister car wash and I feel like their washes and vacuums are better. But if you need a car wash and your mats cleaned, this is the place to go.
