  They advertise fixing chips.the guy said he couldn't fix chips.wanted to replace windshield.

  they canceled my appointment twice, the first time 2 mins before the "service window" ended and refused to answer the phone to reschedule. tried to call the 1800 number and they dont have people to talk to they said everything is online now goodbye and hung up.

  I took my vehicle in to get my windshield replaced. A rock had put a crack in it a week before. I drove to the facility in Duluth Minnesota where I was greeted with a friendly smile and a very helpful customer service rep. I was given a wait time of 2 hours, the service was done ahead of that time. I was able to speak to the manager for a few minutes which was enlightening. When my vehicle was done I was given my instructions not to do certain things within 48 Hours like put the car through a car wash. In my review everything was very professional, the staff that I spoke to were all very friendly. If I have issues with windshields in any of my vehicles I will take it to Safelite. Thank you!

  Replaced window on 08 Sequoia in the store shop without any issues. Looks really professional and they re-secured dashcam wiring I use.

  Scheduling was difficult, advised could be done at work. Was not able to even though the crack was less than 6 inches. Needed to spend time coordinating again. The review mirror continues to fall off and again scheduling knew the car was at outside location. It could not be done there and needed 8 days to reschedule. Will not use again
