- JFJames FuglestadNov 7, 20251.0Made appointment, got called by tech morning of appointment and was told they overbooked, unless someone canceled, my windshield would not be replaced. Got called by the office, was told I could cancel and rebook for a different day, but they couldn’t say if the same thing was going to happen on the next appointment. Got called by manager later that day, he said that they did not overbook, their tech had a tough windshield to do (deer hit), and that it took the tech 3 hours. I told the manager that he was lying, he told me he was going to have the tech come to my house and throw the windshield that took 3 hours to do in my driveway. He then told me that my appointment was canceled and they would not do my windshield. Horrible, horrible, horrible place to deal with. Unprofessional.

- CHCaleb HSep 30, 20251.0TERRIBLE. I had a glass replacement scheduled. They replaced it with distorted glass (bad quality control). Then I had a warranty claim, had to reschedule twice (once for fog and once because of being short staffed). The warranty windshield they installed had cracked when the tech took it for a test drive. Now the shop will not let me go elsewhere, even though I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM. Farmers insurance is working to schedule me elsewhere and they will claw funds back from Safelite, do not deal with this location. They then asked me for $1,000 even though we have $0 deductible glass replacement, sent it to collections, then finally called Farmers insurance to clear things up on the $0 deductible. Terrible customer service, bad vibe. Techs are good people seems like though.
