The review mirror continues to fall off and again scheduling knew the car was at outside location. It could not be done there and needed 8 days to reschedule. Will not use again

Got called by the office, was told I could cancel and rebook for a different day, but they couldn’t say if the same thing was going to happen on the next appointment. Got called by manager later that day, he said that they did not overbook, their tech had a tough windshield to do (deer hit), and that it took the tech 3 hours. I told the manager that he was lying, he told me he was going to have the tech come to my house and throw the windshield that took 3 hours to do in my driveway. He then told me that my appointment was canceled and they would not do my windshield. Horrible, horrible, horrible place to deal with. Unprofessional.
