  I’ve come to expect a lot from national over the years. I use this National location often and they always do great work. But Sam went above and beyond for me and really reminded me why I’m a loyal National customer. Great job Sam and keep doing the good work.

  Edit after response from owner. If, as the owner, you're unable to address my concern, then I'm not sure what else to say. I’m sharing my experience with your business to offer constructive feedback, but if you're not open to making changes, that’s entirely your choice. However, I won’t invest any further time in trying to assist with improving your business. Nick was incredible. Helpful and knowledgeable. Now for why I gave 1 star. First, there was a long line and only one person scheduled. That's a failure of whoever is running this location. People should not have to wait 30 minutes to get their car. Second, how does a company charge someone money to rent a car and give them a Mitsubishi Mirage? I have Amex platinum loyalty, and I was given this terrible car. The only reason I gave 1 star instead of 0 stars is because of the customer service I received from Nick Nelson.
