They had the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. The SUV was clean and worked well driving in difficult conditions in December. Checking in and dropping off was easy with no nasty surprises. I will check Enterprise first when booking my next ride.

He sent me pics of the passenger seat with something spilled on it. It was a goopy reddish pink dried something. When i opened the door i gagged from the smell. I called customer service and they never called back and we had to get on the road. I tried to clean it but didn't trust it. One of us rode in the back seat from Minnesota to California. Called them at 8 am at the end of the trip to see if I could drop it closer to our destination. They never called back. Called again at 2 pm and they again didn't call back. Called the local store and they said it was fine to bring it in. Phone customer service still stinks 3 years after they left me stranded in the side of the road on my last rental from Enterprise. A good Samaritan had water and duct tape to make a temp radiator cap. Yes they gave me a car without one. Bought coolant and cap to fix it myself so I could get my son to his wedding.
