We happened to stop into this Auto Zone because it was the closest parts store. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the parts we needed and the tools my husband needed to fix the truck and get us back on the road. The two employees (we did not get their names :unfortunately) were helpful, patient, and kind in a moment of panic for us. They dealt with exchanges for the RIGHT parts when we guessed wrong and were able to loan us tools to fix. This was a great experience and turned a stressful 45 minutes into a better time.
