  DO. NOT. GO. HERE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Long story short, my car was fine (parked for weeks with no leaks, driven to car wash with no issues or funny noises or performance concerns) till I took it to this car wash, and at the car wash something in the auto wash cycle damaged something on the underside of my car and I didn't catch it immediately (understandable, cuz it's a slow leak from some damaged line, and I kept my car parked in the garage for 3 weeks after the car wash and only upon moving the car did I find a huge oily puddle where none had been prior.) When I briefly moved my car out of the garage, discovered the huge oily puddle, and then put my car back in the garage with the front facing the opposite direction, a new oily puddle started accumulating in the new position. I knew it was a stretch to submit a claim but it hadn't yet been 30 days so I figured I could try; attempted to submit a claim on the website but a representative replied to my claim inquiry and told me I had to go in person to submit an incident report. So I went in person, and the incredibly unhelpful, combative, rude attendant (I'm talking about his word choice and refusal to even let me look at the claim form, I'm not talking about his volume as I understand he has hearing loss) wouldn't let me even try submitting a claim. He claimed company policy yet showed me nothing in writing. He gave me a business card and said I could call corporate and they would also tell me the same. I knew submitting a claim so long after the damage was done was a long shot, but I at least thought I'd be allowed to TRY and be given a blank form that I could submit. Somehow, Zips managed to dive waaaaay lower than my already low expectations. Bravo. (/s) I have no more capacity to deal with Zips' BS and will just be paying whatever amount the repair shop is going to cost me now. I hope that Zips gets all the business they deserve, which is precisely none whatsoever.

  Unpleasant staff and experience. One asked how my day was going and I said good and asked him how his was and he replied, “just working on a shitty day”. Then the next guy who waves you in stared at me in with no expression. Then as I go through the wash and am at the end, the car in front of me was just getting off and taking its time and the conveyor belt pushed me into it. The guy must have waved me in earlier than he was supposed to. The car in front of me took off. With zips they don’t deal with tunnel collisions or cars older than seven years, mine is eight years old. Hopefully this place gets shut down. I hear so many issues that people have had with Zips and they are so hard to get ahold of or even to talk to.
