  Terrible experience. The manager was arrogant and rude. This service cost me $110. The next oil change was set for only 2000 miles ...he said oh just change it with a marker to 5000. They did not fill window solvent. This was the worst experience with Valvoline. Next time I will just go to my dealer. It's even cheaper there with better service!

  My invoice states fluids were topped off and tire pressures were checked. Neither service was performed. I also had to email customer service for an invoice. Your company charged for services it didn't provide. That's fraud. Perhaps I should forward this info to the Attorney General.

  Absolutely my last straw with valvoline. 2 months ago got an oil change at their Anoka location, they had a disabled kid doing the oil change on my car and seemed very unsure of what he was doing. He kept asking for double checks so that is very unnerving. The manager was on “break” and basically left him to fend for himself. Today I come in for washer fluid, waited outside for 40 min not even being greeted, once I get in I find out they are out of washer fluid??? I know this isn’t really the employees fault but Valvoline is failing customers horribly. Definitely needs some new management!

  Excellent service. They were very professional, very knowledgeable. Dez and Dalton did an above and beyond service. I would recommend that place to anybody
