  We came in around 12:15pm on a Saturday. There were 2 cars being worked on and one in line. We pulled up and a younger employee came out to tell us they were very short staffed that day and once they got done working on the car in the bay in front of us, they had to take their to take their 30 minute break. I said that was fine, we didn't mind waiting as we had brought our lunch with us. So they finished the car in front of us in about 15 more minutes and then went to take their break. They didnt come back out for a full hour and there was a line of cars blocking our way out so we couldn't leave. When we finally got brought in to get worked on, nobody acknowledged or apologized for the long wait and they were joking about walking across the street to go to leeann chins for lunch. While I understand being short handed and that there are new laws surrounding required lunch breaks that im in full support of, I am really not impressed with the customer service here and won't be back.

  Showed up at 12:45pm and was 3rd in line. After about 5 min, I noticed there was no cars being worked on. I could see two employees sitting down, and appeared to be on break. I understand that employees need breaks, but I don’t understand why both were on break at the same time especially with 5 cars in line. I was never told to expect a wait, and I couldn’t leave cause I was boxed in the line by the cars behind me. To top it all off, I had two kids in the backseat. After 45 minutes I had to get out and knock on the doors of the other cars behind me to ask them to back out so I could leave. Extremely frustrating.
