  This place absolutely sucks. Your insurance sets up an appointment for you to get a vehicle and you request it to match yours what’s your insurance company says his a requirement in the state of Minnesota you need to request every little thing yourself when you get there. They gave me a truck. That’s 2 Wheel Dr. in a Minnesota winter. Not only that it has highway tires because it is from Texas with Texas plates. They do not pick you up unless they happen to have an extra employee. This truck can’t get up my driveway and I can’t get out of my driveway currently. This vehicle is so basic I wouldn’t be surprised if they require you to request windshield wipers if you want them. I don’t think you could pay to have less options on a vehicle. Like seriously you should have to pay to have such a basic vehicle. I had no idea they made trucks like this, but of course enterprise found them. Not to mention that the driver side door doesn’t open from the inside if it’s the slightest bit cold. What did enterprise say after arguing? You can drive in and go to a different location to get a different truck. After telling me “can’t you just roll down your window and open it from the outside”. Go to Hertz or literally any other rental place before you go here. Seriously borrow your Neighbor’s Geo Metro before you go here. They try to rip you off on the insurance plan. They won’t tell you even when requested whether or not your normal vehicles insurance transfers over. Of course it does! You can’t just let people leave with a vehicle that’s not covered with insurance! They claimed they didn’t know what type of insurance I had even though my insurance company set up the appointment for me to pick up the vehicle as well as having all of my insurance plan information. But hey, the truck has a 12“ x 12“ screen in the dash but honestly, I’m surprised they didn’t pay to have that removed and replaced with a piece of plastic just to add insult to injury 🤦‍♂️

  The staff at this location is fantastic! Especially Paige - she is true client service gold - very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and organized - and all while under pressure of short staff. Would rent here again in a heart beat.

  If you need to get a rental and dont have a major credit card even if your using a bank card thats from a credit union. Make sure you have a actual ultily bill they do not inform you this policy they give you the run around and waste your time. So just be prepared trying to save the next person the hassle of what this company just put me through. Granted I called the spring lake park location twice and the guy just told me the same policy okay I understand that.. I just said forget it because if this is how they are gonna handle their customer services id rather not deal with them. Its pretty sad though because ive rented cars through them for 10 years even bought my Mitsubishi through them in 2022 . Like its just so upsetting but I get it .. Its policy okay well maybe train your employees when they give the curtosy call to give that information instead of making customers drive all the way to the location and not being prepared oh but make sure its in your email and you read the email they did not send you as well . What a mess
