- MAMo AllyApr 18, 20261.0I’ve been a long-time customer of Mister Car Wash, but this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. They seem to be using old machines that scratched and even damaged my car. As soon as I came out of the wash, I noticed the scratches right away. I showed the staff what happened, but their response was disappointing—it felt like they see this kind of complaint all the time and don’t take it seriously. It honestly seemed like the only thing they care about is getting paid, not the condition of your car. This was my first time at this location, and it will definitely be my last. I also think many people don’t check their cars after a wash—but if you go to this location, make sure you inspect your car carefully before you leave.

They just stand there also, I’ve been trying to add it to my account and it’s saying the information is not correct. I try to get a hold of someone that’s not working . I tried to enter my car wash code on the Windowsticker to cancel my wash. Can’t do that online either the phone number that they give online does not work when you say contact someone. . This is just all around bad. Somebody needs to be available for this type of stuff. Everybody doesn’t have hours in a day to go To a location to get this handled
