  This company is awesome! They’ve worked on a couple different saws that I’ve brought on over thee years, and today, I brought my chainsaw in because I tried cleaning it and I accidentally made the chain come off and tried putting it back on. I didn’t trust my work. They fixed it and didn’t even charge me. What a lovely and kind group they are. They do great work, and the cost is very reasonable.

  Our snowblower broke while clearing the snowy chunks that the plow left at the bottom of the driveway. After making some calls, it sounded like we would need to wait 6-8 weeks for a repair that would be very expensive or get a new snowblower. I decided to make one last call and Minneapolis Saw saved us! They were able to fix our snowblower in 2 weeks AND it was an inexpensive fix. I greatly appreciated their honesty, great customer service and quality work. I highly recommend Minneapolis Saw for any of your snowblower repairs or purchases!! Thanks again!

  Customer service has really gone down hill. Still waiting on parts I ordered over the summer. Had a saw take so long to fix, the gas went bad and needed a new carburetor all over a pull string that was fixed multiple times as a total hack job each time.
