  Bought some rotors for my car. I asked for rear rotors but was sold front rotors instead. I thought it was a simple mistake. I returned them and was assured they were rear rotors for my vehicle. When I was installing them, I learned they were NOT for my vehicle. I don’t know if they just don’t care about their job or if management doesn’t care, but having to go back three times for something that should have been done right the first time is just insane to me.

  I stopped in recently to pick up some headlights and a battery as well as some wiper blades. Kim G. Assisted me with the installation and she was absolutely marvelous. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen, and she was super upbeat and friendly. I wish I had a manager like her working at my store. Thanks Kim for making my AutoZone visit fantastic. 😁

  Yesterday we had a problem with our car and we stopped at the AutoZone on 9201 S Hwy Dr, Circle Pines, MN 55014 and Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am million times appreciated. I thought I had broken car but ended up just minor fixture. Very grateful. Thank you Michael.
