He actually became a jerk and did check anything he said he checked. Never offered me a receipt, and when i had to remind him that I wanted a certain oil he got even more cranky about everything. He brought 3 jugs of oil up and threw them to the ground and somehow made a mess of oil on my engine while pouring out a jug of oil into a funnel that I had to clean up. So the 2 cars that I bring in will no longer be serviced at a VIOC again. He needs customer service training. He was a jerk to me and short with the guy in bay 2 because he didn't want his air filters changed.
