- BMBrandon Moorhead2 days ago3.0Was at a wrestling tournament decided to get an oil change in this area after them changing my oil I asked him to show me the dipstick and the color of the oil was still dark I asked them to dip it again so I can see the color of the oil then I asked to look at the new oil on a white rag next to the dipstick residue from the new oil change I said it didn't look like they gave me a full oil change I've changed plenty of oil in my lifetime and this was like they left a quarter of the existing oil still in my vehicle. Even though the workers were nice and I received a discount I just think it is a hustle to save a little oil not to completely let it drain out and then charge you a full price $100 plus some dollars. The workers were very nice and polite let me just state that but not worth my money.

They were great at communicating with me and their team members, explained things perfectly, and was honest! They told me straight up if I needed air filters, helped me figure out the perfect tire pressure for my tires in this wintertime, and was a good listener. What else do you want? I’m already sold on using Vavoline, but now I want to do my best to get back to the Prior Lake location each time I need work! Graham and the Prior Lake team is simply the best and if I had cash on me, I would’ve tipped just to get them coffee or something.
