- DTD TheisenJan 24, 20251.0pretty sure this company wants nothing to do with intoxalock anymore lol called beforehand to confirm, then they wanted to charge a larger calibration fee than i've ever been asked to pay elsewhere upon arrival (and still have not been asked to pay that much since). immediately started to argue with me when i seemed suprised by the high rate, then started to argue about other unnecessary steps while i was still trying to figure out the price, which morphed into him yelling while jabbing a (completely unrelated) sign and asking if i was accusing him of lying? at that point, i'd still only said, "oh, that's $xx more than i've ever paid, did they change something?" either way, super weird and confusing experience lol
