  We pay a monthly fee x2 for the best car wash. And the tire Shine feature in the car wash has been down for weeks. Do we get a discount?

  The employees are always so friendly, and they do such a great job getting my truck so clean. So easy and convenient to run through there and appreciate the free vacuum offered.

  Hans has great customer service. Friendly and helpful. The wash is always perfect. Love the vacuums and car mat holders.

  Why is ZERO Stars not an option? Have had MANY problems with this specific location over the years (Vacuums always broken or clogged, Never cleans the back of the vehicle, dryers do not dry the car) but this past Sunday was the final straw. My wife had her vehicle in the wash, when in the middle of the conveyor, the wash stopped. When it resumed, it pushed my wife's vehicle into the back of another. The result was a cracked bumper. They have offered ZERO help to remedy the solution, instead blaming it on the car in front of my wife's. It should be the responsibility of the operators to ensure that cars are not so tightly packed that this is even a possible outcome. DO NOT USE THIS WASH or risk having this happen to your vehicle!

  No way of getting car vacuumed prior to washing, which is my preferred sequence of cleaning. So having this location constructed to force washing first is inconvenient.
