They didn't spray my car down when entering and when leaving my back window still has almost every bead of water. As a member, I've never frequented a location that did such a poor job.

- MAMilda ASep 27, 20251.0Visited on the 24th. while in the wash, they stopped the wash and was stuck right under the heavy blowing dryers then I watched my part of my car start to wiggle and the blew off, when I exited I saw that my wiper looked different, I parked and walked to over to ask for help, the guy that helped with the purchase said its normal to Stop a the wash, it was probably because someone else had a question, they retrieved my broken windshield cover. This part of my car was not fabricated, if I was not stationed right under the dryer it would not have broken off. I tried calling the store so I could speak with a manager twice but no one was picking up
