I waited 30 minutes to be shuffled around, and a vehicle that didn’t have an appointment which arrived after I did ended up two spots in front of a vehicle that was there for even longer than me. Will not be returning and would encourage others to just schedule appointments at Walmart across the street.

After waiting in line for over an hour, someone came out to check what I needed. I told them about the phone call and battery and they checked and didn't have it in stock. The guy I spoke with was unapologetic and said there was nothing he could do, which I understand, but they have got to get that figured out if there was some kind of mix up. They also said I must have called the wrong number but it's the number listed on valvolines website for this specific store. Absolute waste of time and incredibly frustrating.
