- DJDev JBFeb 5, 20261.02-3-2026 at 5:48pm I called the store to ask about a part and a girl answered "NAPA". She said the part was in stock. I said ok I'll be there soon and hung up, then I drove to Napa and was told nope, wrong store. So we googled the number and it said Autozone. I drove to Autozone and bought the part. I originally searched for autozone and clicked call. She confused me and made me think it was Napa. Why would your staff answer the phone saying Napa? Incompetence to be a staff or anger issues against your business is obviously why.
- MAMichael AdkinsFeb 1, 20265.0We stopped by to have the battery in my Grand Caravan tested because it wouldn't start in that morning. I unfortunately did not get the the employee's name there (we were there Friday Jan 30th 2026 at 5 pm), but he tested the battery and confirmed it was going bad. We went to Valvoline next door to get it replaced. After waiting in line for an hour, they told us, sorry, we don't have the battery you need. So we came back to Auto Zone to buy a battery. We planned on taking it home and changing it ourselves. When we told the young man at Auto zone who previously tested our battery what happened at Valvoline, he offered to change it for us, so we would not have to bring the battery back the next day to recycle. He was such a kind and courteous employee. My wife and I were very grateful for his help and extra service! Auto Zone is lucky to have him!
