    Super quick and easy to set the appointment on line. I had been procrastinating getting a windshield so when I went to the Safelite site I was pleasantly surprised at quick and easy it was.

    Went in for my scheduled appointment and whoever was at the front at the time was very rude. He told me that I never got back to them so they didn’t know what the problem was that I was coming in for. I’m not sure what he meant by I never got back to them because I was never reached out to after scheduling the appointment, other than needing to confirm my appointment, which I did. When scheduling the appointment, I described the problem to whoever helped me schedule the appointment on the phone. Based on my description, they made the appointment and said that it needed to be in shop for a potential leak or seal issue. Obviously I don’t work here so I’m not sure how I am supposed to know they didn’t include my issue when scheduling the appointment. The guy at the desk explained that it may not be a true leak and condensation may be from other sources- which is all fine and dandy. My problem is with the hostility and lack of professionalism.

    Scheduled an appointment then it was cancelled without notifying because the insurance hadn't been verified yet. Made arrangements to be without a vehicle for no reason. Then the AI/Automated answering makes it next to impossible to speak with a human and figure out it wasn't approved.
