I had a place years ago that said I had 2 do that. I had 2 call a friend. This was a huge plus for me. Will be staying with this comapny.

I was told that when I rescheduled that there was no other closer date to where I could physically go to the shop so I opted out to have a technician come to my house again the second appointment technician decided to call me about five minutes before the actual appointment telling me that he wasn’t gonna do my replacement because he did not have the correct calibration tools. I was then given the option of immediately going to the shop where they work out of or I’d have to wait Days for them to be available to come out to my house. overall, I lost two days worth of work as I had to be home waiting for them just for the appointments to be rescheduled

He even offered to fix small things that weren’t related to my windshield replacement (replacing wiper fluid nozzle, gluing the rubber lining of the hood back in, etc) which was super nice! Was done very quickly and arrived perfectly on time!
- JSJennifer SFeb 15, 20261.0Wish I could give a zero. So many issues with Safelite esp the Burnsville MN location. The tech put it in the wrong windshield. After numerous verifications that I wanted the OEM windshield. I had to take time off of work and pay for Ubers due to having to bring my car to the shop for them to perform the calibration and that wasn’t even done correctly. They did not offer any compensation. When I called to express my concerns regarding the calibration there was no follow-up…very disappointed
