I’ve been renting with Enterprise for the past four months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. I’ve dealt with double charges, vehicles not fueled properly at pickup, and poor customer service—both in person and over the phone.
To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting over three weeks for Enterprise to review my account regarding incorrect charges, yet I continue to see additional amounts being billed. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company of this size.
I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously, reviews my situation promptly, and improves both its billing accuracy and customer service follow-through.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have tried three times to get in touch with the area/regional manager and no one has called back so leaving my review here.
I was not able to arrive at exactly my reservation time, this caused them to give my reserved car away. When I arrived there were no longer any vehicles in my class size because "I didn't show up on time, we give it away" Multiple times they explained that it was my own fault that they didn't have a vehicle. No where is this posted and this is my first experience ever hearing that. Skipping ahead, I was so annoyed by the customer service that I went in to the office to grab business cards of the associates and when I returned to sign the contract there was nothing to sign. I received the email version and the person who checked me out had forged all my initials and signatures on the contract. If anyone would like to reach out before I put more details here I would appreciate it.

Edit, I have now followed up two more times and every time I am told my issue will be escalated to management and I will receive a call back. Still no call. This level of customer service is absolutely horrid. Markus Knudsen is the employee who forged signatures and him along with the local manager Hamsa were the most rude employees I have ever dealt with.
