Don't even bother w/ Avis/Budget across the fwy, or Turo. Customer service is Top Notch, the online rental process is easy, the pickups & drop-offs are easy and these guys are terrific. They were initially really happy with their purchase. Until their car dies on the highway on their way to work. Turns out, the car they’d sold them had faulty fuel injectors that not only caused their car to break down but caused damage to the vehicle because of fuel leaking into the exhaust. When they naturally reached out to Enterprise, they fought them about paying it at all and then offered to pay only a small fraction of the price, leaving them on the hook for an over $3000 repair on top of transportation while it gets repaired - my buddy is a trauma nurse who can’t wfh or take time off. Don’t bother car shopping here - you’re better off looking elsewhere.
