We said Good morning and got no reply one of the employees made eye contact so we explained that our car was having some battery issues he went outside tested the the battery and told us we needed a new one we asked about battery trickers he took us to where they have them gave us a quick explanation and left us there. We said Thank you to No replies and left but our car didn’t start and we forgot the charger at home so my husband had to go back in and ask if they would give us a jump one of the employees without even looking us said “No is a liability”. We walked home to get our other vehicle Needless to say we bought a new battery from another location We hope your customer service gets better as this location is convenient for us
