  Love using Valvoline instant oil change, quick & easy for me, I don't need to get out of vehicle they tell me & show me what I may need "cabin air filter, head lamps/tail lamps etc" top of fluids, fill tires if needed. Need to send out coupons earlier, got my oil changed and next day had a $10 off any service coupon in the mail. People are always friendly, I'll keep bringing my vehicles to you. Thank you!

  Waited in line for 45 minutes, 3 cars in the other lane came and went... they could have told us the car in front of us was taking a long time but they didnt say anything just letting us wait and wait.

  Wait in the middle until a garage opens up. Don’t let them direct you to a lane. Guy directed me to one side when I was waiting in the middle. Two cars had their oil changed who were behind me and I still didn’t get in. Drove off because it had been 45 min and they were still working on a car.

  Have I have never had an issue before until now. My oil has always been changed at Valvoline in Buffalo. The tech’s were finishing up, gave me my receipt, all good. Waited and waited, 10 more minutes went by and then a tech came and asked me for my receipt back. He took it and went to the back of my car and I heard conversing and all of a sudden heard oh no dam. A few minutes later they all came to my window holding a universal plug, and asked if I knew what it was, I said no so they explained that the inside thread of the oil pan was stripped and they couldn’t get the plug out and when they do get it out they will replace it with this one. Also said sorry for ruining your weekend. I said well Valvoline was the last to do it. So Valvoline stripped my oil pan. I expect Valvoline to replace my oil pan. And supposedly the last tech to change my oil was fired because of over tightening . Ugh! I take care of my vehicles and then it is broken by an oil tech. Plus they said they check my tire pressure and never did. Valvoline better pay to fix my car.
