- ESEric ShafferApr 22, 20261.0Full service is such a joke. Paid $20+ extra to ultimately just have my floor mats cleaned (or close to cleaned). And you’re expected to (and DO) tip before you’re able to see what a crappy job they did. Didn’t even fold my mirrors back out, much less wipe them dry. Not one smudge cleaned off from center console/shifter area. Dash was not even wiped. THIS WAS FULL SERVICE. Very obviously miserable to be there, and they’re taking it out on the paying (& tipping) customer.

He perfectly broke down to me why it makes sense to upgrade my membership, he’s a natural salesman. It’s really cool to see a younger person who genuinely wanted to excel at their job when most people of any age would’ve just taken my money for the interior wash and kept it moving. The entire crew was nice and the car wash was great.
