- NJNina JDec 7, 20254.0It was an INSANELY busy Sunday at Valvoline (seriously took over an hour to get in, but we were blocked in by cars, so we waited it out), but every staffer was patient, kind and kept people in the loop. They explained they were short-staffed, and a staffer kept coming out and giving updates to cars in line so people didn't feel abandoned, and once you got in, they gave really thorough service. I was really impressed with the camaraderie of the staff and how they all worked together to get everyone through the line, even though it seemed neverending for them.
