So, here I am again spending more time in this line. I purchased a mid grade oil and shouldn't have any issues. I normally go to Bobby & Steve's. I highly recommend people to go there and not valvoline. As, I've never experienced this.

They have 3 lines of cars, and you have to guess which one is going to move fastest. Both times I guessed wrong and watched as cars who arrived 20 minutes later than me were getting in before me. I’ve been to others where an employee would try and make sure each car gets service at least close to the order they came in. I also noticed that even though they have 3 stalls open, there were only enough employees to manage 2 stalls at a time. So it’s misleading as far as how long you’re going to be waiting.

Go to the appointment places. They are cheeper and at this point less frustrating as some one that showed up after you gets serviced first, less upsales, and just better competence. I had a bad experience at take 5 oil change where they refused standard oil and were pushy with everything. I previously had good experiences here but instant oil change is dead, don’t do it
