    Surprised after being a wash member for years that when I asked if I could grab a rag for 4 seconds to wipe a smear on my interior window they told me I needed to pay for an entire interior add-on. 4 seconds to gain/maintain a good customer. FWIW, this is my second google review that I can recall - not the complaining type.
