  The manager questioned my corporate discount code and asked for an employee id. He removed my discount and instead used his "manager discount". Nobody carries employer ID, smh.

  I used Enterprise, Brooklyn Park location, for a rental car need while my car was getting fixed by a body shop. I hadn't rented a car before and everyone I worked with was very helpful and professional. Even when I wanted to change part of the contract; (pre-payment of gas) they were able to do it with no problem. I would definitely use them again.

  Very poor experience at the Brooklyn Park Enterprise. Easily the worst rental experience I have had, and I rent cars often. First, the customer area was extremely dirty. The carpet in the waiting area was visibly filthy and gave the immediate impression that cleanliness and professionalism are not priorities here. Second, the culture inside this location is awful. While waiting, I could clearly hear managers in nearby offices pressuring associates about numbers and performance. That high-pressure, sales-driven atmosphere spilled directly into the customer space. It was aggressive, distracting, and completely customer-unfocused. I do not need to overhear internal management lectures when I am trying to rent a car. Third, the sales pressure was excessive and disrespectful. I clearly declined add-ons and insurance, yet was still pushed through repetitive upsell pitches. This felt less like customer service and more like being rushed through a script. Fourth, the car was not ready when I arrived, even though they knew days in advance that I was coming. I waited roughly 20 minutes after being picked up, which defeats the point of the whole process. On top of that, the famous Enterprise “we will pick you up” promise feels disingenuous when you are dropped off only to sit and wait anyway. Fifth, despite the rental being fully covered by insurance, they still required a $50 deposit on my personal credit card and continued trying to sell insurance coverage I did not need. Finally, during the vehicle walk-around, staff brushed off obvious and fairly large dings I pointed out, which does not inspire confidence or trust. The facility itself is not terrible, but it is being run poorly. The culture feels rushed, sales-obsessed, and indifferent to the customer experience. I recently rented from Alamo in Arizona and the experience was night and day better. Nothing fancy, just professional, clean, and respectful. I genuinely wish my insurance company did not route rentals through this location. Someone higher up at Enterprise needs to take a hard look at what kind of culture this branch is promoting.
