    Horrible customer service from the service department. Terry did not listen to any of our concerns nor did he try to help or offer any sort of customer experience. Will never return or buy a vehicle from here or ever recommend to anyone I know.

    Andy Phan is great to work with! He is very responsive and communicative. I would certainly recommend working with him when looking for a vehicle. He made my car purchase (2022 Mitsubishi Outlander) process seamless. I hope to have more great experiences when dealing with this dealership in the future.

    Service department guy was horribly rude and rather inept. Wait for overpriced diagnostics was more than two weeks. Got my MDX all diagnosed l and repaired before we would have even gotten in at Buerkle.
