We used a credit card and was charged a $300 deposit (never paid a deposit with my CC) and had to pay $34.99 a day ($139) for insurance total being $966.50! The original enterprise didn't have any cars but James said they could change the order to the Brooklyn Park store that we usually use. They called and spoke to a representative there and verified the discount was added and everything was good to go. We got there and they said they never spoke to anyone and did not apply the discount on top of everything else! Called and disputed the cost and Keagan was supposed to contact us to go over everything and never did! Never been so disappointed, feels as if we were robbed without a gun!
