- LSLiz StanchfieldJan 4, 20265.0I had an issue renting a car through a different company to travel for the holidays so I last minute booked a rental from Enterprise through Expedia — when I arrived to the Brooklyn Center Enterprise, I was told at first that there weren’t any available cars on the lot as Expedia can’t guarantee Enterprise’s inventory. This was frustrating to hear, but instead of letting me leave frustrated, the manager Blake took time to check on rentals coming back/going out that night and the next day and was able to figure out that there was one car he would be able to rent to me. He was very kind the entire time and went above and beyond to troubleshoot a problem that wasn’t even his own doing. Not sure if I would’ve made it home for the holidays if he hadn’t helped me out. I really, really appreciated it!! Have had a great experience at every Enterprise I’ve been to and this solidified that I will only rent from them from now on

They picked me up from the shop and gave me a ride back to Enterprise, which made everything so easy. When I arrived, they made sure I had everything I needed and that I was happy with my rental. I had the car for almost two weeks, and during that time Blake took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Excellent customer service all around!
