I worked with perrion ( sorry unsure of spelling) and he was so kind, fixing my wiper and reading codes. Cannot reccomend this place enough.

I sent my wife for a oil pressure sensor socket and she came back with a Oxygen sensor socket and to top it off both the young employee and the female blonde employee told my wife the she put the socket on the plastic electrical connector and tighten it down like that. You should tell your employees if they don't know anything they shouldn't share their guesses.

Interrupted another employee and told him not to help me? Turns out he was completely wrong. He should not be assisting customers you want to keep. Won't be back, and I used to spend plenty of money there.

Employee helpfulness is random, depending on which employee you get; on my latest visit I got a girl who definitely didn't know anything so was totally unable to answer any questions other than to read packages (which I can do on my own). Knowledgeable techy men make much better auto store employees.
