Nothing about my fluids, air filters or tire pressure was mentioned to me, no one checked my wiper blades or my headlights and taillights. No one mentioned any services that might be needed. I pulled in, they had me open the hood, asked if I wanted the same oil I got last time and then nothing else was said to me until it was time to pay. I’ve been a repeat customer of Valvoline for all 6 vehicles my husband and I have owned and I’ve had services at many locations but I’ve never had a service like today. Overall, I’m really disappointed in the service I received today and I know this isn’t the norm for Valvoline but it bothers me that I paid $100 for less than par service and I don’t feel like my car was properly looked over. I look forward to hearing back on how this issue could be made right. I’m willing to answer any questions you may have.
