Instead of helping resolve simple issues, he dismisses everyone with an attitude like we’re inconveniencing him. The service suffers because of his behavior. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
- MYMisty YoungNov 15, 20251.0After years of using Tommy's something happened with their spinning brushes that completely knocked off my rear wiper arm of my Escape. When I requested assistance an employee came out and said they found it and put it back on. I continued using the car wash as nothing like this had happened before. Each time I used Tommy's after that I noticed my rear wiper would be pushed down a little bit. When I mentioned it to my husband he called and was told this was a known issue with Escapes and Egdes but using a wiper cover would ensure the brushes didn't get caught on the blade. They offered 2 months free so we agreed and kept the membership so we could try their suggestion. I was nervous to go back but after several weeks my car needed a wash so I hesitantly went back on 11/11/25. I entered through the membership lane and parked right before entering the wash so I could put the wiper protector on the rear wiper, I then entered the wash and placed my car in neutral. After the first set of spinning brushes I noticed my wiper was not visible. Upon exiting the wash I parked in the Tommy's vacuum area and went to inspect my rear wiper. This time it was hanging completely downward toward my license plate. I drove directly to Firestone and asked them to look at it. They inspected it and found the arm was cracked at the bolt connection. They said this was likely due to the wash pulling down on my rear wiper (even though it had a, Tommy's provided, wiper cover on it). I got a quote from Firestone for just under $220. When we called Tommy's to let them know they offered $60 and claimed they watched the camera and the brushes never touched my rear wiper. Needless to say I no longer have a Tommy's membership and only regret hyping them up so much when they came to Bloomington.

I would never visit nor render the service again from Tommy also do not recommend to any one.. better to improve quality than running business with the crap.. Thank you for reading review... pls go through the call recording to understand who's not polite on the call... My question was very clear "is it usual wait time to get in touch after attempting 60 times??" q2 : "when you have ability to sign up at site why is it not possible to cancel subscription??" instead of answering the question the staff was rude n hung up.. so who's not polite and not respectful here.?
