He asked me to go back and said he would stop me and guide me. When I started reversing, my rear camera was not working properly because of water, and I could not see clearly. While following the staff’s instruction to go back, my car hit another vehicle. My rear bumper was damaged. I believe this accident was not my fault because I was following the instructions given by your employee, and the situation happened during the car wash process. I have Videos that you guys are blame
